About Us

G3 Athletics and Performance is a premier fitness center dedicated to building strength, confidence, and lasting results. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with high-end training tools to support every fitness journey, from beginners to elite athletes. We specialize in group training, athletic performance coaching, personal training, and nutrition guidance, with expert coaches who tailor every workout to meet your unique needs and goals. More than just a gym, G3 is rooted in community, culture, and results—a place where encouragement and accountability drive success. Whether you’re training for performance or simply striving for a healthier lifestyle, we believe we’re stronger together. Welcome to a fitness experience that’s truly more than a gym.

What We Offer

Group Fitness Classes

Trainer-led classes where all fitness levels are welcome. Classes are held Monday–Friday at 5am, 6am, 9am, 12pm, 4:30pm, and 5:30pm, plus Saturdays at 9am. Our Bibs to Burpees class tailored to postpartum moms and women wanting to start with the basics in their fitness journey meets on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10am. We also offer free on-site childcare during all 4:30pm and 5:30pm weekday classes, as well as Saturday mornings—so you can focus on your fitness while your kids are cared for. Athletic Training

Our Athletic Training program is designed for athletes of all sports, ages 5 and up. Led by experienced trainers, these sessions focus on developing strength, speed, agility, and endurance to help athletes perform at their best. Each workout is tailored to the athlete’s age, sport, and skill level—building a foundation of movement, confidence, and resilience. Personal Training

Our Personal Training program gives you one-on-one attention from an expert coach who designs a plan specifically for your goals. Whether you want to build strength, improve endurance, lose weight, or recover from setbacks, we provide personalized guidance, accountability, and motivation every step of the way.
